We recommend you reserve as early as possible to secure your preferred parking spot, especially during peak travel times. The earlier you book, the more likely you are to access the best possible rates - so taking advantage of early booking not only guarantees your spot but also helps you save on parking costs.
You can reserve a space in either our covered or uncovered parking area, depending on the option that best suits your travel needs. However, parking is subject to availability, so make sure you guarantee your space by reserving in advance.
There is no minimum or maximum stay.
There are no restrictions on vehicle type or size at our parking facility. Our spacious parking spaces are designed to accommodate a variety of vehicles, and we regularly host large trucks. Additionally, if you're traveling in a motorhome, we have a designated RV section in the lot to ensure a comfortable and convenient parking experience for all types of vehicles. RV Parkers must call 505.843.9333 ext 5 to make arrangements.
We make the booking experience simple and fast by accepting a variety of payment methods. You can use Visa, Amex, MasterCard, and Discover for traditional card payments.
There is a $1.99 booking fee which is clearly outlined during the online booking process. The taxes are the same as if you drove up to the lot.
Without purchasing cancelation protection, our cancelation and amendment policies are as follows:
Cancelation Policy – Free cancellation up to 1 hour before arrival. Non-refundable between 1 hour and 0 hour before arrival.
Amendment Policy – Free amendment up to 6 hours before arrival. Non-amendable between 6 hours and 0 hour before arrival.

Our parking facility is located at 1501 Aircraft Avenue, SE Albuquerque, NM, 87106. Take I-25 exit 221 at the intersection of I-25 and Sunport Blvd. Drive East on Sunport Blvd. Take the first right down University Blvd SE. Then take the first right into Aircraft Avenue and you will arrive at the lot.
When you arrive at the lot, please drive to the attendant in the booth and give them your QR code in your email confirmation for entry and exit.
The only thing you need for a smooth entry and exit at the parking facility is your Reservation QR code, which is included in your booking confirmation. While it's not mandatory, we recommend you have your confirmation email or reservation details on hand, just in case. This ensures a hassle-free experience and quick access to your reserved parking space.
We understand that travel plans can change. We provide a generous grace period of 2 hours before and after your booked entry/exit date/time. If your flight is delayed and you return within this window, there's no additional charge. However, for returns more than 2 hours after your scheduled exit time, you will be charged the daily rate for your overstay period with no penalties. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for returning earlier than planned. Rest assured, our flexible policies are designed to accommodate unforeseen changes in your travel schedule.
